Registration & Orders

Creating an account is easy! Just click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of our website and follow the instructions. You’ll need to provide your name, email, and a password. Once registered, you can easily track your orders and manage your preferences.

Yes, you can! While having an account gives you access to your order history and makes reordering a breeze, we also allow guest checkouts for a faster shopping experience.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order under the “My Orders” section.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can help modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order is in production or shipped, we cannot make changes.

Standard orders usually take 10-14 business days for delivery. For a faster option, choose express shipping to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location. During checkout, select your country to see the options available.

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

If you’re not available, the carrier will typically leave a note and attempt a second delivery. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be held at a local facility for pickup or returned to us.

How-To Place Order

Simply select your T-shirt, Polo, Hoodie, or Hat from our collection, upload your artwork, and email your order. We’ll create a final mock-up and email it to you for approval. Once you give the green light, we’ll produce and ship your custom items to your address. For orders over 500+ pieces, we offer a FREE physical sample before full production. 

Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days. Need them sooner? We offer Rush shipping, delivering your custom products within 7-10 business days (or even earlier) from order submission.

You can email your design directly to us at sales@yachtievibes.com. Our graphic designer will refine it and send you a final mock-up for approval before printing. Once approved, we’ll bring your vision to life and ship your custom pieces right to your door!

No setup or digitization fees! Most of the graphic work and digitization is on us. If your design requires extensive rework, logo creation, or complex embroidery digitization, we may charge a minimal fee. But don’t worry—we’ll always discuss it with you upfront!

We recommend a vector image with at least 300 DPI resolution. We accept images in PNG, SVG, JPEG formats, and files from Photoshop or Illustrator in PSD, AI, or EPS formats. High-quality artwork helps us deliver the best results!

Since our products are custom-made, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if there’s a mistake on our part—like spelling errors or significant design or color discrepancies—we’ll gladly redo your order and ship it to you for FREE! We’re committed to making sure you’re thrilled with your purchase!

For larger orders, we use screen printing for full designs on T-shirts, sunshirts, tote bags, pouches, and hoodies, and embroidery for logos on polo shirts and hats. For small orders requiring full-color designs, we use DTF (direct-to-film) printing to ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints.

We accept returns on most non-customized products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new and unused condition. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

Payment & Security

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can choose your preferred method during checkout.
