  • Non-personalized items: Most standard items can be returned if they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Items must show no signs of wear or use to be eligible for a return.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Personalized items: Items that have been customized, including embroidery or printing, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
  • Used or worn items: Products showing noticeable wear, damage, or missing original packaging.
  • Returns after 30 days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

  • All refunds are issued as store credit only. Cash or card refunds are not available.
  • Refunds: Eligible refunds for non-personalized items will be processed as store credit.
  • Exchanges or Store Credit: Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 30 days of purchase for non-personalized items.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Important Note for Personalized Items

Personalized products are non-returnable unless there is an error in customization made by Yachtie Vibes or a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective personalized item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
